Aged in stainless steel tanks, our 2023 Viognier is a balanced, easy-drinking wine with aromas of honeysuckle, lemon and pineapple with notes of pear and citrus on the palate. Vineyard : Crooked Post Vineyard & Reddy Vineyards Food Pairing: Fish or seafood with butter Every Wine has a Story: We love sourcing our Viognier from the Texas High Plains each year, and this year we were doubly blessed. Harvesting Viognier from two different vineyards, Crooked Post Vineyards in New Home, and Reddy Vineyards in Brownfield, we vinted and aged the wines separately, allowing each to develop their own unique characteristics. One was herbal and complex, with notes of tropical fruit and honey. The other, crisp and refreshing, with lemon-lime brightness and minerality. We decided to blend the two in just the right combination to create something perfectly balanced and truly special.
