Aromas blueberries and black peppeer with flavors of blackberry cobbler and vanilla. Enjoy this wine with filet mignon with blue cheese crumbles or a selection of sharp cheeses. Texas High Plaines, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. Aged for 22 months in 40% new French oak and 60% neutral oak.
