Grown in our estate vineyard just feet from our winery and tasting room. Picpoul means “stings the lip” in French because of the grapes' naturally high acidity. On the palate notes of green apple and citrus heighten a light to medium bodied wine. The clean, crisp acidity pairs perfectly with fried appetizers as well as light seafood dishes from oysters to sushi.
