This Super Tuscan–inspired blend brings Old World structure and New World confidence together, rooted firmly in the Texas High Plains . Led by 67% Sangiovese , the wine opens with bright red cherry, dried herbs, and savory earth. Cabernet Sauvignon (22%) contributes depth and structure, while 11% Merlot adds plush texture and roundness. The silky tannins make this wine very approachable. This wine is a medium+ wine with subtle notes of cedar, baking spice, and cocoa that are integrated seamlessly with dark fruits - cherry, blackberry and plum. The long finish is punctuated with a bit of cherry pie filling.
