Midnight is our dark, fruit-forward blend of Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet. You'll get black cherry and blackberry with Italian espresso and toasted vanilla from the extended oak aging. It's medium-plus in body with really smooth, silky tannins and a long finish Vintage: 2022 AVA: Texas High Plains Aging: 32 months in 27% new French Oak, 27% new Pennsylvania oak, and 46% in neutral oak barrels Alcohol: 13.6% Sweetness: Dry Production: 240 cases Food Pairing: beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, aged gouda, dark chocolate
