His dream was to fly like the birds he saw overhead the ship on his voyage to America. He crafted blueprints of an “Air-Ship”, to be flown by an “aeronaut”, and on September 20, 1865, he made his dream a reality. Commemorating his innovative spirit and contributions to modern flight, this medium-bodied Sangiovese blend ascends the palate with soft red fruit, and glides effortlessly to a smooth and graceful finish.
