This wine is a blend of 75% Tempranillo from Texas vineyards and 25% Tannat from the Texas High Plains AVA. The wine underwent whole-berry fermentation in half-ton bins and was aged for more than 28 months in barrels. A medium-bodied wine with a great mouthfeel. It offers hints of blackberry and a lovely spice finish on the back of the palate.
