100% Texas “Vintage of Stars” is a blend of 71% Viognier and 29% Roussanne, both traditionally Rhône Valley varietals with long growing seasons. The warmer Texas climate brings an alluring floral bouquet of pear, beeswax and pineapple. Allow your palate to explore hints of chamomile. This white blend ages well in the bottle, gaining nutty notes over time. This fuller-bodied, golden colored wine is rich and complex with four months of sur lie aging in French oak with bâtonnage. Savor the elegant, soft mouth feel with a lush, smooth finish. Pairs well with seafood, poultry, soft cheeses, or light curries. Grapes are from Reddy Vineyards.
