Hilmy Wines Doo Zwa Zo Sauvignon Blanc

Our Doo-Zwa-Zo is crafted from the finest two French grape varieties we sourced from the 2023 vintage. Fermented dry, it is made in a crisp, clean style with bright acidity and pleasant fruity notes. The name is a play on the phonetic pronunciation of the French “Deux Oiseaux,” meaning “Two Birds,” referring to the two traditionally French varieties that compose this wine blend.
