Our estate Aglianico stays true to its rustic Italian roots in its first vintage. Black cherry, stewed strawberries, and blackberry lead the way through a rich palate into notes of cedar, cigar box, and dried herbs. Youthful yet serious, fine tannins and balanced acidity will help our Aglianico age beautifully. Pair with wild boar ragù, Texas Hill Country–style smoked brisket, and bison burgers.
