The Emperor made from 100% Aglianico (ahl-YAH-nee-ko) was harvested from the premium grapes of the Oswald vineyard in the Texas High Plains. This wine expresses red fruit flavors and a peppery finish that are the signatures of quality Aglianico grapes. Aged with new French oak, this Aglianico is layered with hints of red cherry, dried fruit, cranberry, and vanilla. Alcohol 14.1% Food Pairings : Serve with center cut filet, beef ragu with roasted peppers, or pasta bolognese.
