This unique single vineyard Petit Verdot was harvested from the premium grapes grown in the Reddy Vineyard near Brownfield Texas. Our Winemaker, Chris, artfully crafted these grapes into this luxurious wine with a deep purple color, luxurious fruit and rich tannins which are hallmarks of quality Petit Verdot. Aged 18 months in new French oak, this full bodied Petit Verdot is brimming with dark fruit, plum and blackberry flavors followed by firm acidity and dense tannins. Food Pairings : Pairs well with rich meat dishes, grilled steak, spicy pork, veal, lamb, all types of game and sausage. Goes with hard and semi soft cheeses.
