Our Ella Rosé, made in the Provencial style is light and delicate. It offers pronounce red fruit flavors and aromas of Violet and Quince. Intensely refreshing acid pairs beautifully with a surprisingly sublte minerality that creates complexity and balance. This wine is best served chilled. We're proud that this wine was made from grapes thoughtfully produced by the first certified USDA organic Vineyard in Texas and we look forward to many more vintages that embody this level of intention and craftsmanship.
