Our take on a Bordeaux style white blend, but with more expression of tropical notes that are indicate of our warmer climate in Texas. Blanc Nourri will be the name for our Bordeaux style white blend every year. The varietals and percentages will vary each year dependant on growing conditions. Our first vintage has been a great success with such pronounced flavors and aromas along with unique floral, herbal notes, and structure. It's beautiful lightly chilled on its own, but also pairs perfectly with spicy foods.
