Carter Creek Family Winery Plateau White Trebbiano

Our Plateau White is a blend of 50% Trebbiano, 20% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, and 10% Albariño. It is immanent with citrus notes of lemon pulp, orange peel, and grapefruit blossoms. A delicate green tea character brings it all together. The brassy, straw gold color is bright like sunshine and the acidity is crisp and racy. The riper fruit notes add weight and lushness to the wine.
