Becker Vineyards Roussanne Reserve

The new Roussanne Reserve was made in 100% stainless steel, helping to retain the acidity that Roussanne has to offer. With notes of fresh apricot, chamomile and beeswax, this wine has a fully rounded palette while still being fresh and vibrant. While in tank, we stirred the lees of the wine to build mouthfeel and body without having oak overpower some of the more delicate flavors.
