Estate. Hand harvested July 31, 2024. Fermented and aged sur lie, bâttonage style in new Phoenix French oak two months, then aged sur lie in once used Tonnellerie de Marsannay barrels for nine months. Aromas of orange, dried hemp and hints of butterscotch. Peak years 2030 – 2033.
