Estate. Hand harvested July 31. 75% barrel fermented and aged sur lie bâttonage style in new Phoenix French oak three months, blended with 25% stainless. Bottled May 14, 2025. Aromas of orange blossom, apricot, apple, Bartlett pear, cantaloupe and buttery notes. Excellent mouthfeel and finish.
