The life of El Consentido has been one of indulgence and ease inside a warm, cozy oak cocoon, being coddle and pampered daily. But every spoiled child must one day work for its bread. For our special reserve lot of 3-year barrel-aged 2019 Primitivo, that was the day it went from barrel to bottle. With deep, rich aromas of black plum and nutmeg, dark chocolate and blackberry flavors, and a long peppery finish, El Consentido has proven it has strength behind its delicacy, and substance beneath its soft exterior.
