Adelphos Cellars Chenin Blanc Estate Reserve 2025

Chenin Blanc is a noble white grape variety whose venerable roots stretch back centuries into the past. Such a time-honored grape merits special care, as the wines it produces are opulent and delicate simultaneously. We’ve chosen to barrel ferment our Reserve Chenin Blanc, producing a rich and full-bodied wine with aromas of buttered toast and baked apple, followed by peach yogurt and caramel flavors and a vanilla finish. We suggest pairings with cream-based or fruit-driven dishes and pastry.
