Winemaking: 100% natural spontaneous yeast fermentation in 100% new French Oak barrels from the Tremeaux Cooperage of Beaune France. This wine went through full malolactic fermentation and was aged in barrel for 6 months. Recommended Food Pairing: Rotisserie chicken served with garlic mashed potatoes.
