Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay. Vineyards: Texas Hills Vineyard, Texas Hill Country AVA. Terroir: Sandy loam over clay. Elevation: 1,193 ft. Winemaking: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in 66% new French oak barrels and 33% stainless steel.
