Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay. Vineyards: Texas Hills Vineyard, Texas Hill Country AVA. Terroir: Sandy loam over clay. Elevation: 1,193 ft. Winemaking: Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in 66% new French oak barrels and 33% stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation was completed, along with bâtonnage to create the gorgeous texture this wine exhibits. 2024 Vitners Cup Texas Monthly winner! Top 12 wines in Texas.
