Texas International Wine Competition 2023 Results

As a proud Texas wine enthusiast, I am thrilled to announce the results of the 2023 Texas International Wine Competition. This year, 26 Texas wineries took home a total of 42 Gold medals, including 3 Best in Class awards. It's clear that Texas winemakers are continuing to raise the bar and produce exceptional wines that can compete with some of the best in the world.

One winery that truly stood out this year was English Newsom, which took home multiple Gold medals, including Best in Class for their 2021 Riesling. While many Texas wineries are known for their reds, English Newsom is making a name for themselves with their outstanding white wines. If you're a fan of white wine, you simply must add English Newsom to your list. Their Riesling is only available to Wine Club Members, so don't hesitate to join and try this exceptional wine.

Other noteworthy winners at the competition were Rancho Loma Vineyards Toro Tempranillo and Limestone Terrace Vineyards Teroldigo 2020.

To all the Texas wineries that took home Gold medals this year, congratulations on a job well done. Your hard work and dedication to producing exceptional wines has not gone unnoticed. Here's to another year of outstanding Texas wine. Cheers, y'all!
