The nose of ripe red fruit compote, fresh soil, fresh and dried herbal spices, espresso and new leather develops into deep cacao, mesque, bright red fruits, and roasted peppers that Cabernet Sauvignon is known to display. The palate of raspberry compote and smoked cherries, as well as hints of allspice and toasted brown sugar.
